Dennis is the founder and President for Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company. He has extensive experience in all types of real estate financing including commercial, construction, land and residential lending. Prior to the formation of Sequoia Pacific Mortgage, Dennis was a Certified Public Accountant with a major international public accounting firm and served the firm’s construction and savings and loan clients. After leaving public accounting, he held positions as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with savings and loan associations located in Northern California. His direct responsibilities have included the management and coordination of major construction loans, real estate investment and development, and secondary market departments. Dennis has a Bachelor in Science and Commerce in Accounting degree from the University of Santa Clara. He and his wife Ann live in Santa Rosa and they have three sons. Dennis is active in many professional and community organizations which includes serving as the Past-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cardinal Newman High School and a current member of their Finance Committee; Past-president and current member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Alliance; Treasurer and Board member of the Angela Merici and John Henry Newman Foundation; member of the Sonoma County Transportation Citizen Advisory Committee; Vice-Chair of the Citizens Oversight Committee of the Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART). He has been recently honored with the receipt of the Sonoma County Spirit Award and the John Henry Newman Award for his involvement within the Sonoma County Community.

Tracy, a native of Sonoma County and Santa Rosa, joined the Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Team in 2007. A graduate of Sonoma State University, Tracy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Economics with a minor in Business. With over eight years of experience in commercial lending and now Real Estate Finance and Reverse Mortgages, she possesses a wealth of financial knowledge.More than just a loan officer, Tracy is a true advocate for her clients be it a senior looking to improve their lives with a Reverse Mortgage or a first time homebuyer looking to purchase their first home with an FHA loan. She can appreciate how personal and emotional all Mortgages can be and her compassionate, straightforward approach is comforting and reassuring. Tracy is devoted to building relationships with each of her clients and prides herself on face-to-face communication and house calls.In her spare time, Tracy is a member of Santa Rosa Rotary West where she volunteers her time to raise money for worthy local charities. Jackie joined Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company in 2008 as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. Currently, she holds the position of a Business Development Officer. Prior to joining Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company, Jackie was employed in the Senior Management of a local commercial bank for 20 years. She has extensive experience in real estate financing and underwriting for both commercial and construction loans. Prior to Jackie’s commercial banking career, Jackie was a manager of a local title and escrow company for eight years. Jackie's education includes Oswego State University and Santa Rosa Junior College. She has two married children living in Sonoma County and two grandchildren. Jackie shares her home with a pug and a cat and has a love for animals. Jackie is very active in her local community. She is a member of the Sonoma County Alliance and a Board of Director of FAIRE, a non-profit organization for the education of the benefit of spay and neutering animals. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and especially cooking.

Lori joined Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company in August, 2008 as Office Manager and Senior Loan Processor. Prior to joining the Sequoia Pacific Mortgage team she was employed by a large national lender located in Santa Rosa. Lori has extensive loan processing and underwriting experience in all types of loan products include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and Reverse Mortgages. She has managed large underwriting and processing departments and led an Internet Sales Department for her prior employer. With Lori’s vast underwriting and processing experience, coupled with her kind and gentle personality, she provides great support to both our Borrowers and Loan Officers. Lori has lived in Sonoma County for the past 11 years. She is a very accomplished artist and enjoys the outdoor activities like camping, spending time at the river and cooking.
Ken has been associated with Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company since 2008. Starting in 2011, Ken works as a Business Development Officer. Prior to this time, he worked as a Loan Officer for seven years. He has a degree in Business Administration. Previous to working in the real estate lending market, Ken previous experience includes owning and operating a small business; an Operations Manager for a major bank and a Cost Accountant. As a Business Development Officer, Ken provides professional customer service by attending realtor meetings and regularly participating in Open Houses on Sundays. Ken has a wealth of financing knowledge and keeps current on lending programs and the pulse of the local real estate market. Ken is a proud, long-time resident of Sonoma County. He has two daughters, one living in Hawaii and the other here locally. Ken enjoys spoiling his two grandchildren. Ken is active in his community which includes being a Docent at the Charles Schulz Museum.
